IQT – Instructor Qualification Process
The qualification of our instructors (Krzystof Komorowski and Arnt Olav Seglem) for the new modules was audited for the first time in the world (!) according to the new Instructor Qualification Process, which was recently published by GWO in December 2023.
Our audit was also a pilot audit for the new Instructor Qualification Process for the lead auditor (he is also an instructor for auditors) Uwe Geiling, from Bureau Veritas, to apply the new requirements in practice. He was very satisfied with the professional implementation of the new training modules.
Energy Innovation are now certified for the following GWO Modules:
Manual Handling, First Aid, Working at Heights, Fire Awareness, Sea Survival, Wind Limited Access, Advanced Rescue, Enhanced First Aid, Basic Technical Training (including the new Bolt Tightening module), Blade repair, Slinger Signaller and Crane and Hoist.
Additional we provide a 3 month Entry Level Service Technician Education as well as Boat Transfer Training, Accident Management Training and Crises Management Training in wind farms, rescue technic training for SAR Crew and several other HSE courses for the industry.
In March we will be ready with Rope access training at our centre in collaboration with our sister company IKM Solidtech.
