Energy Innovation AS invites motivated job seekers and career changers – as well as companies onboarding staff for the wind industry, to join our Entry level Wind Technician Training Program, starting October 6, 2025.
This 30-day program – first week online, and then five weeks at Egersund Energy Hub, combines cutting-edge theory and hands-on practice with the required GWO certifications to prepare you for a global career in the onshore and offshore wind industry.
Whether you’re an experienced mechanical or electrical worker — or looking to enter the renewable energy sector for the first time — this program gives you the tools, GWO certifications, and practical know-how needed to launch your career as a wind technician.
The program is aligned with minimum requirements set forward by GWO, as well as OEM’s like Siemens Gamesa and Vestas, both as in-house technicians by the OEM’s, or working for a O&M supply company.
