Information
- The innovative SPEED ATTACH climbing protection runner is the world’s only runner with two redundant catch systems and speed-dependent catch function.
- The catching bar is concealed in the housing where it is protected from unintentional intervention.
- Through an additional lever, the SPEED ATTACH works like a back pull runner when climbing.
- The runner remains short and thus also the catch path. This provides climbing comfort and reduces fall-related injuries.
- In the event of a back pull failure, the runner can only reach a fixed preset maximum speed. If he exceeds this, the independently acting second fuse takes effect: A centrifugal brake swings out the catch bolt and the runner blocks.
- The accompanying safety gear is compatible with C-profile rails of the SKYTAC rail from SKYLOTEC or the SÖLL GlideLoc rail, which allows a variety of uses. Solid aluminum housing, stainless steel axles and metal guide rollers ensure low wear.
The difference between the two travelling arresters is that, compared to the SPEED, the SPEED ATTACH can be attached and removed at any point on a C-profile, which means that the arrester runner can also be removed if, for example, work has to be carried out on intermediate levels.
