Upon completion, participants can act independently to identify and prevent fire hazards in wind turbine environments, assess incidents, select the correct extinguishing media by class, and ensure safe evacuation and personnel accounting when a fire is uncontrollable. Where judged safe, they can also extinguish incipient fires efficiently using handheld firefighting equipment.

Certificate Validity Period:
- The certificate issued upon completion is valid for 24 months.
- Certificates and training records must be renewed before the end of this validity period. If a certificate expires, the participant must complete the full Fire Awareness training to obtain a new training record.
