After having successfully completed this BST Manual Handling module, the participants will have the ability to take responsibility for the use of essential manual handling principles to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury when performing physical tasks and activities in the wind industry (Ability, intermediate level)
Course Content
The training is divided into the following lessons:
- Introduction to the training
- Injuries, symptoms, and essential manual handling principles
- Warm up activities
- Manual handling principles
- Training review
Certificate Validity Period:
- The certificate issued upon completion is valid for 24 months.
- Certificates and training records must be renewed before the end of this validity period. If a certificate expires, the participant must complete the full Manual Handling module to obtain a new training record.
